I’m Amy, I am a Manchester-based counsellor who works with late-diagnosed ADHD, AuDHD, and ASD adults who want/need help with/managing adhd, navigating a new diagnosis or learn how to meet you where you are now under layers of masking and just getting by. My approach is rooted in understanding, empathy, and respect for your journey.

With a special focus on supporting adults with neurodiversity, I understand how challenging it can be to manage life's demands. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, providing a comforting relief and a sense of security. This space will help you uncover insights that lead to personal growth and healing.

Whether you’re dealing with rejection sensitivity, overwhelmed by your schedule, feeling stuck, not being heard, or simply need someone to talk to, I am here to listen. I believe in empowering my clients to discover their true selves and unlock their full potential, instilling a sense of hope and motivation.
